We are seeking a dedicated Physician specializing in Pediatrics for a 120-day assignment in Arizona, commencing Dec 7, 2026. The role involves a comprehensive range of pediatric services, encompassing outpatient clinics, inpatient care, newborn care, ED consultations, and delivery coverage, on a full-time rotating schedule. Our client is looking for a skilled professional to provide exceptional care in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities and Duties Provide outpatient pediatric care for common ailments such as cold, cough, flu, respiratory issues, minor injuries, physicals, vaccinations, and medication management. Manage inpatient pediatric cases, including neonatal fever, UTI/pyelonephritis, dehydration, SSTI, asthma exacerbations, and pneumonia. Deliver newborn care and provide delivery coverage. Assist in determining appropriate transfers to outside facilities for higher-level care. Support nurse triage and coordinate follow-up for patients transferred to outside hospitals or NICUs. Manage patients requiring HFNC up to a maximum of 2LPM/kg (max 30LPM) for respiratory distress. Additional Information Board Certification in Pediatrics is required. The EMR system utilized is RPMS. Work will involve both inpatient and outpatient settings. The schedule includes a rotation of 4-5 weeks of full-time outpatient care and 1 week of full-time inpatient care.
