Location 212 W Borman Dr, Rantoul, Illinois 61866 Compensation Annual salary: $67,297 – $87,482. Anticipated starting salary: $67,297. Full‑time, salaried position. Work Hours & Schedule 8 hours – 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday; one weekend day per month required. Benefits No health or dental insurance provided. Essential Functions Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientation. Manage staff using the state‑wide online learning management system. Maintain training files for all staff members. Schedule training for staff members. Provide supplemental training as required by State and local requirements. Administer the formulation and implementation of staff training programs. Develop staff training plans and schedule training for all Lincoln’s Challenge Academy staff. Evaluate staff performance to determine specific gaps and training needs. Coordinate time and place for all staff training. Design and deliver comprehensive training programs focused on at‑risk youth needs, including de‑escalation tactics and crisis intervention. Provide feedback on behavior management strategies. Minimum Qualifications Equivalent to completion of two years of college and one year of administrative experience. Preferred Qualifications Experience developing and conducting training programs. Ability to establish and maintain satisfactory working relationships with employees, public officials, and the public. Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate activities of staff and students. Employment Conditions Must pass a Department of Defense background investigation. Must have a valid driver’s license in the appropriate classification as required by law. Must work a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings when necessary. Position considered light work: lifting no more than 20 pounds at a time, frequent lifting or carrying objects up to 10 pounds, walking or standing, and sitting most of the time.
