Sonsoft Inc. is growing at a steady pace specializing in the fields of Software Development, Software Consultancy and Information Technology Enabled Services.Job DescriptionSkills: IBM Cognos TM1 and IBM Cognos Disclosure ManagementHands-on development and performance modeler experience in Cognos TM1Hands-on development of Narrative, Chart, Table and Graph reporting using IBM CDMDevelop Turbo Integrator (TI) Processes to load and retrieve data from database tables and other data sources, for creating dimensions, hierarchies, and cubesMaintenance of TM1 users, roles, and securityCreate complex Active Forms and enhance the performance of existing Active formsSchedule Chores and Monitor Data Loads on timely mannerCreate TI Processes to transfer currency data to currency cubeCreate rules to transfer data between cubesDevelop and maintain Cognos TM1 Planning/Forecasting/Budgeting ApplicationsShould have work experience in TM1 and CDM environmentStrong SQL and PL/SQL backgroundPerformance Tuning of Reports, Queries.Strong communication skills – written and verbalPreferredAt least 4 years of overall experience in DW ETL related technologies and toolsFinancial background is strongly preferredExperience with Financial Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting solutions strongly preferred.Strong Analytical skills.Data modelling, design & implementation based on recognized standardsPerformance monitoring and tuningQualificationsBachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required.
