The Role They’re seeking a Senior Visual Designer with a refined eye for brand and digital design, someone who can craft visuals that not only look beautiful but mean something. This role suits a designer who thrives on autonomy, takes ownership from concept through execution, and can translate vision into work that moves people. The designer will work closely with the Head of Design, Art Director, and marketing team to bring campaigns, product stories, and cultural activations to life. It’s not a management position, but it is a senior creative role where taste, craft, and execution set the bar for everyone else. The Responsibilities Create striking, high-quality design across web, social, events, campaigns, and community touchpoints. Lead creative direction for major launches and cultural activations, from concept to production. Transform brand strategy into cohesive visuals across multiple channels, ensuring clarity, consistency, and creative edge. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, content, and community teams to deliver work that’s both effective and visually distinct. Contribute to the evolution of the overall brand system, maintaining consistency while leaving room for experimentation. Communicate design rationale clearly and build constructive feedback loops with both creative and non-creative partners. The Requirements 5+ years of experience in visual, brand, or digital design, with a strong focus on web-first execution. A portfolio that demonstrates bold creative thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to bring brand systems to life. Self-driven, dependable, and comfortable owning projects end-to-end with minimal oversight. Strong communicator who can articulate design choices and iterate based on feedback. Availability to collaborate in North American time zones. Curiosity about blockchain, creative economies, and the evolving relationship between design and technology. Bonus Points Experience working with emerging tech, creative communities, or web3 brands. Exposure to large-scale cultural events or collaborations. Agency background or prior experience creating work for recognizable global brands.
