CertaPro Painters® – Orlando Area
$20–$24/hour + Paid Vacation
We are a locally owned, family-run CertaPro Painters franchise seeking a reliable and organized Office Manager to coordinate residential painting projects from sale through completion and payment .
This is a hands-on operations role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in keeping projects running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
- Communicate with homeowners throughout their project
- Schedule jobs and coordinate timelines with crews
- Finalize job packets and ensure all details are accurate
- Manage handoffs from sales to production
- Order paint and materials
- Track daily job progress and provide updates
- Perform job costing and track project performance
- Prepare invoices and collect payments
- Maintain accurate records in company systems
