Job Title: Retail Sales Consultant - CINCINNATI, OH (ROOKWOOD) Location: USA:OH:Cincinnati:2692 Madison Rd Hours: 40 hours per week (Regular) Responsibilities Possess a competitive spirit and desire to meet and exceed sales goals Stay up-to-date on the latest data/entertainment technology and devices, such as Wi‑Fi, data devices, TV entertainment tools Understand customers' needs and help them discover how our products meet those needs Multi-task in a fast‑paced team environment Educate and engage customers through product demonstrations Interact with customers and provide prompt and courteous customer service to all customers Compensation Retail Sales Consultants earn between $40,000 and $63,000 plus $13,700 in commissions if all sales goals are met. Commissions are uncapped; over‑achieving those goals can earn topsellers up to $62,460 per year.
