Duties: Entering Lighting & Gear Orders into Eclipse. Expediting quotes and orders. Tracking shipped material. Following up on RFI’s and RFQ’s from our vendors and customers on new and existing projects. Creating Project Submittals and O&M’s for Customers. Requirements: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office with high emphasis on Excel spreadsheets, Microsoft Word, and Adobe PDF files. Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills. Positive interaction with customers and vendor representatives is essential. This is a fast paced customer service position that requires an organized team player capable of multi-tasking with efficient time management skills.
