We’re looking for a Financial Systems Administrator to support and enhance enterprise financial software systems as part of a dynamic, high-performing team . This role offers significant remote flexibility —you’ll only need to be in the office one day per week , with the rest of your time spent working remotely. About the Role: As a key member of the Financial Systems team, you’ll provide firmwide financial technology support for attorneys and staff across international offices. You’ll be the go-to expert on Elite 3E financial and billing systems , while also supporting integrated tools. In addition to day-to-day support and troubleshooting, you’ll lead and contribute to project-based work , including new software implementations, upgrades, and long-term system enhancements. Provide high-level, firmwide support for the Elite 3E financial/billing system Support additional financial systems, including Aderant BillBlast, Intapp, Business Objects, and 3E-related tools (e.g., IDE, Workspace, Xcelerate) Own mid- to long-term projects related to financial system implementation, integration, and optimization Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and user inquiries Collaborate across departments to deliver efficient financial tech solutions Required Experience: 5+ years of direct experience with Elite 3E Core Financial/Billing systems Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Strong communication and collaboration skills Proven ability to manage multiple projects, tickets, and deadlines successfully 10+ years in the legal industry, preferably in a systems support or consulting capacity BA/BS in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience) Demonstrated track record of successful financial systems projects Why Join Us?
