About Our Client

This well established construction management firm has been delivering complex projects across the Northeast for over a century and is known for its consistent execution, safety, and quality. With more than five hundred employees and annual revenue exceeding six hundred million, the company is a major player in large scale commercial and institutional construction.

The firm maintains a strong and growing backlog of work, particularly across healthcare, higher education, K-12, and public sector projects, with many projects exceeding twenty five million in value. Continued growth is driven by repeat business and a strong reputation among institutional clients.

Job Description

Prepare detailed conceptual and hard bid estimates for large scale projects
Perform quantity takeoffs and analyze drawings and specifications
Solicit and review subcontractor and supplier pricing
Support preconstruction efforts, budgeting, and cost planning
Participate in bid reviews, scope alignment, and value engineering
Work closely with project managers and field teams
Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office tools

The Successful Applicant

A successful Estimator should have:

6-12+ years of estimating experience in commercial construction
Experience with large scale projects, preferably 25M plus
Background in healthcare, education, public, or infrastructure work
Strong understanding of construction methods and cost structures
Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
Ability to work full time in office and collaborate with estimating team
