- Job Summary
We are looking for an excellent property maintenance technician for our residential properties in the South Tampa area. In this position, you will be responsible for the maintenance of various properties, including businesses, residences, and warehouses. Our company will rely on you to provide our guests and employees with a tidy indoor and outdoor environment where everything is well organized. It will become a fundamental component in upholding our company's culture and image while helping us look and feel our best through the environment of our properties.
You must have your own truck and your own tools!
Must know electricity must know plumbing, must have Roofing Experience !
Monday through Friday, 9.30 am to 5.30pm
Must respond urgently to emergency calls received over the weekend
Compensation varies based on experience $22.00- $24.00
- Job Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain designated spaces daily, both inside and outside the facility.
Check for potential safety issues in all public areas daily and report them to the property manager.
Make sure all doors, windows, entrances and exits are securely closed and locked when you are the last person to leave the building.
Carry out repairs such as repairing broken locks, filling holes in walls, painting, tiling, etc.
Perform cleaning activities such as dusting, mopping, etc.
Review of control panels and electrical wiring to identify and repair problems.
Install appliances and equipment.
Garden/yard maintenance (e.g. mowing, picking up trash, etc.)
Perform maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs.
Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems (e.g., ventilation).
Check the functionality of security systems (e.g. fire alarm).
Fix plumbing problems.
Collaborate with workers and other professionals during renovations.
Come to work with a great attitude and a bright smile!
Requirements for this role include:
Extreme attention to small details.
Initiative to take on tasks without being told or controlled.
Reliable transportation as you will be working on multiple properties.
Availability to work on weekends.
MUST be able to pass a background investigation.
You MUST have your equipment.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Knowledge of the latest OSHA safety standards.
