Front Office Full-Time Requisition #: FRONT062418 Description As a Operations Supervisor at Concord Hospitality, you will lead the front desk team in delivering exceptional guest service while maintaining brand and Concord standards. Positioned at the hub of guest interaction, you will ensure a seamless arrival, stay, and departure experience. If you enjoy engaging with others, leading a team, and take pride in being proactive, responsive, and caring, this role is a perfect fit. Many of our supervisors advance within a few years to Assistant General Manager roles.
