Information Technology Project Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Project Coordinator to join our team! In this vital role, you will serve as the central hub for project management, ensuring seamless communication, efficient workflow, and timely delivery of initiatives. The Project Coordinator will facilitate projects and collaborate closely with the project and sales engineer. Their main duties include designing plans to meet project goals and effectively communicate with clients and coordinate projects. Key Requirements Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office suite, Google Workspace).Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and take initiative when needed. Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to sit and stand for extended periods Ability to use a ladder Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Ability to walk up and down stairs Possession of a reliable vehicle Maintain an active driver’s license Job Functions: (Included but not limited to) Scheduling Project plans and collaborating with the project engineer Communicating project plans and schedules with clients and addressing any concerns and questions Delegating tasks as necessary involving project needs and communication Resource Scheduling: schedule resources for on-site visits, coordinating with clients and ensuring timely appointments. Keep track of technician availability to manage their schedules. Review: Review technician activities and ticket progress, offering insights into performance and areas for improvement. Communication: Act as a liaison between senior technicians and other team members. Facilitate effective communication, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of important updates, changes, and client requests. Be proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented Maintain operational excellence and provide top-notch service to our clients. Experience High school diploma required; bachelor's degree and relevant experience preferred Experience in a business work environment preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong business acumen Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Expirience with Microsoft Copilot Expirirence with Connectwise PSA An eye for attention to detail Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Exceptional analytical skills to sift through high volumes of data and information Ability to work sitting down in front of a computer for long hours every day Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
