What We Offer YOU Competitive pay based on experience Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) TapCheck – access your earned wages before payday Ongoing training and career development opportunities A collaborative and inclusive team environment where your voice is heard Work Schedule FullTime, PartTime, or PRN options available Pay rate dependent on experience What You’ll Do as Our Occupational Therapist Evaluate and treat residents with cognitive and/or ADL physical functioning disorders Develop, implement, and update individualized plans of care using evidencebased practice Provide skilled, medically necessary OT interventions to promote recovery and functional independence Administer rehabilitation techniques including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and assistive devices Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Evaluate treatment outcomes and recommend modifications or referrals Educate residents, families, caregivers, and staff regarding treatment goals and progress Communicate effectively with the Director of Rehabilitation Services and interdisciplinary team Complete timely, accurate documentation and record treatment minutes per regulatory requirements Prepare comprehensive discharge summaries Participate in care conferences, rehab meetings, trainings, and inservices Supervise and support OT assistants, rehab aides, and students as assigned Maintain compliance with NBCOT, AOTA, Kansas practice acts , ethical standards, and facility policies This position reports directly to the Director of Rehabilitation Services .
