Reporting to the Salon Manager, this role involves managing client consultations, maintaining hygiene protocols, and efficiently managing appointment times within standard working hours with flexible scheduling options. The position offers opportunities for ongoing training, career advancement, and specialization in advanced eyelash extension techniques.

 

Responsibilities

• Apply eyelash extensions accurately and safely
• Conduct thorough client consultations to determine desired lash styles
• Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards
• Manage appointment schedules and ensure timely service delivery

 

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in beauty services
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in eyelash extension application and lash styling
• Knowledge of sanitation and hygiene practices
• Strong customer service skills

• Effective time management abilities
