We have patient needs across Fairfax, Loudoun, Prince William, Arlington, Alexandria, and Falls Church , with opportunities in communities including McLean, Vienna, Annandale, Springfield, Burke, Reston, Herndon, Chantilly, Centreville, Leesburg, Ashburn, Sterling, Manassas, Gainesville, Haymarket, Woodbridge, Dumfries, and surrounding areas . What We Offer Competitive PRN Compensation Flexible Scheduling Choose the Territory You Want to Cover Build Your Caseload Around Your Availability Mileage Reimbursement Consistent Patient Opportunities One-on-One Patient Care Supportive Clinical Leadership Professional Growth Opportunities What You'll Do Complete speech therapy evaluations in patients' homes Develop individualized plans of care Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders Provide dysphagia treatment and swallowing education as appropriate Help patients improve functional communication and cognitive skills Educate patients, families, and caregivers Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Coordinate care with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other members of the care team Complete accurate and timely documentation using WellSky Participate in reassessments and discharge planning What We're Looking For Active Virginia Speech-Language Pathologist License Required Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation Strong clinical assessment and communication skills Ability to work independently in patients' homes Home Health Experience Preferred, but Not Required WellSky Experience is a Plus Why Human Touch?
