Role Description

Miller Weisbrod Olesky is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to join our nationally recognized Medical Malpractice/Plaintiff’s law firm in North Dallas. In this role, you will provide essential support across a broad spectrum of litigation matters, ensuring smooth case progression from inception through resolution. This full-time, on-site position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful legal work. Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of litigation experience that includes assisting with preparing and responding to discovery, scheduling, calendaring and drafting simple pleadings. Candidates must also exhibit excellent communications skills, both written and oral, and the ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Must pass an acuity test and background check.
• Bilingual English / Spanish is preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational skills to manage case files and handle deadlines effectively
• Attention to detail, effective communication, and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in legal software and familiarity with trial preparation
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field preferred but not required
• Medical malpractice experience is not required.
