Key Responsibilities

• Prepre, review, n process vehicle titles, registrtions, n relte ocmenttion
• Verify ccrcy n completeness of title ocments, incling lien informtion, oometer isclosres, n bills of sle
• Prepre title pckets for cstomers, ensring ll reqire ocments re incle n rey for miling
• Sbmit title n registrtion pperwork to stte MVs in ccornce with jrisictionl reqirements
• Trck title stts n follow p on pening, rejecte, or missing ocmenttion
• Resolve title isses sch s errors, missing signtres, lien releses, or corrections
• Commnicte with byers, sellers, leners, elerships, n MVs to obtin reqire ocmenttion
• Mintin ccrte recors n pte internl systems with title stts n notes
• Ensre complince with ll stte n feerl regltions relte to vehicle titling n registrtion
• Meet internl service-level greements (SLs) n proctivity stnrs
• Spport its n respon to title-relte inqiries s neee

• High school iplom or eqivlent reqire; ssocite egree preferre
• 1-3 yers of experience in vehicle titling, registrtion, or tomotive ministrtive work
• Strong knowlege of MV processes n title regltions (mlti-stte experience pls)
• Excellent ttention to etil n ccrcy
• Strong orgniztionl n time-mngement skills
• bility to mnge high volmes of pperwork in fst-pce environment
• Effective written n verbl commniction skills

• Experience working with leners or lienholers
• Fmilirity with electronic titling (ELT) systems
• Problem-solving minset with the bility to hnle exceptions n escltions
