We are a fast-growing, performance-driven salon, and we’re looking for a motivated Front Desk Sales Coordinator who wants to help grow our business, increase first-time visitors, convert leads, and drive revenue — while being the friendly face of our brand.

THIS IS A FULL-TIME POSITION:

This is a 35–40 hour per week role requiring availability for afternoons, evenings, and weekends . Reliability and schedule flexibility are essential.

WHAT YOU’LL DO :

This is a revenue-generating role. Make daily outbound calls, texts & emails to leads Follow structured follow-up cadences Convert first-time visitors into long-term members Book appointments in person, by phone & through CRM Deliver a luxury guest experience from check-in to checkout Support lash artists and maintain a clean, organized front desk REQUIRED SKILLS : Experience in sales, front desk, retail, hospitality, fitness or beauty Comfortable with outbound calling and closing MindBody experience preferred COMPENSATION & PERKS : Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Commission on memberships & retail Paid training & advancement opportunities If you’re ready for a full-time sales role in a luxury beauty brand — this is your opportunity to build real income and grow with us.
