We are seeking a detail orientated and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant to join our Home Care team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Must possess a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential.
• Assist clients with personal care: bathing, grooming, toileting, and transfers.
• Follow client-specific Plans of Care and dietary guidelines.
• Prepare and serve meals according to client needs and preferences.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment.
• Support client independence while ensuring safety.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in daily activities.
• Perform basic housekeeping, errands, shopping, and transportation as needed.
• Respond promptly and competently in emergency situations.
• Notify supervisor of changes in client behavior or health.
• Complete assigned client-specific duties and contribute to team efforts.
