About the Company We're hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) — and if you're passionate about AI, automation, and shaping the future of enterprise technology, read on. Our client is a fast‑growing technology services company helping enterprises across the US unlock the power of AI‑led solutions, intelligent automation, and digital transformation. About the Role As they scale their go‑to‑market motion, they're looking for a driven BDR to fuel their growth engine. Responsibilities — What you'll do Drive outbound prospecting via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn Identify and qualify leads aligned to their AI & managed services portfolio Schedule high‑quality meetings for senior sales partners Research target accounts and decision‑makers at mid‑market & enterprise companies Manage pipeline activity in CRM (Salesforce / HubSpot) Collaborate with sales, marketing, and delivery teams on campaigns Qualifications — What we're looking for 2–5 years of BDR/SDR or inside sales experience Background in IT services, consulting, or managed services Proven cold calling & outbound lead gen skills for the US market Strong communicator who thrives in a target‑driven environment Bonus: exposure to AI, automation, or digital transformation deals Location California Equal Opportunity Statement Equal Opportunity Statement #J-18808-Ljbffr Closr
