Experience with signCAD, municipal and state DOTS, state and federal transportation, and designing highway plans is essential. The ideal candidate will be a Professional Engineer with proficiency in InRoads, MicroStation, power inroads SS4, connect edition, and open roads plus.

Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement transportation engineering solutions for a variety of projects.
• Utilize ASTA, AutoTURN, ArcGIS, Civil3D, and GIS applications to create and manage transportation designs and plans.
• Work with signCAD, municipal and state DOTS, state and federal transportation to ensure compliance with all regulations and standards.
• Create and design highway plans that meet client specifications and industry standards.
• Leverage experience with InRoads, MicroStation, power inroads SS4, connect edition, and open roads plus to optimize project outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in transportation engineering technology.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in transportation engineering.
• Proficiency in ASTA, AutoTURN, ArcGIS, Civil3D, and GIS applications.
• Experience with signCAD, municipal and state DOTS, state and federal transportation.
• Proven ability to design highway plans.
• Extensive knowledge of InRoads, MicroStation, power inroads SS4, connect edition, and open roads plus.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of industry standards and federal/state regulations.
• Ability to travel as needed for on-site project work.
