Position Summary: Hospitality Lead

The Hospitality Lead is responsible for maintaining an exceptional hospitality and physical environment throughout PALM Health. This position directly supervises the Facility & Environment Associates and Facility & Maintenance and is accountable for facility presentation, cleanliness, environmental readiness, amenities, housekeeping, routine facility support, and the day-to-day hospitality experience within PALM Health's physical spaces.

This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership position. The Hospitality Lead regularly moves throughout the facility to direct and support team members, assess conditions, verify completed work, respond to member and departmental needs, and ensure spaces remain welcoming, clean, comfortable, organized, stocked, safe, and member-ready.

The Hospitality Lead works closely with facility leadership and departments throughout PALM Health to support a seamless member and employee experience.

Requirements:

• Directly supervise Facility & Environment Associates and Facility & Maintenance Housekeepers, providing active daily leadership, coaching, direction, and floor support
• Establish daily assignments and priorities based on facility conditions, member activity, scheduled events, staffing levels, and operational needs
• Develop and maintain team schedules and coordinate coverage for planned time off, breaks, call-offs, unexpected absences, and periods of increased demand
• Provide reasonable hands-on support when needed to maintain essential hospitality, cleanliness, and environmental standards
• Lead regular team meetings and individual check-ins to communicate expectations, provide feedback, recognize performance, and address areas requiring improvement
• Train and cross-train team members on hospitality standards, cleaning and environmental procedures, opening and closing responsibilities, safety requirements, task schedules, and escalation procedures
• Participate in interviewing, onboarding, performance evaluations, and performance improvement processes in coordination with facility leadership and People & Culture

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous experience in hospitality, hotel, spa, wellness, healthcare, private club, environmental services, facilities, or a comparable service-oriented environment strongly preferred
• Prior team-lead or supervisory experience required
• Experience supervising housekeeping, environmental services, hospitality, or facility-support employees preferred
• Demonstrated ability to maintain high service, cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards in an active member-or customer-facing environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on operational requirements
