Corporate Environmental Manager
Elias Associates Inc
Global Chemical manufacturer seeks a Corporate Environmental Manager who will be responsible for supporting operations for their manufacturing sites in the US and overseas. Must be willing to travel 50%.
Responsibilities:- Will manage and direct all plant environmental programs for global facilities.
- Develop and implement environmental policies.
- Assist and participate in company's sustainability projects, programs and initiatives.
- Acts as company representative for legal and litigation matters
- Manage and mentor environmental personnel
- Provide environmental support to plants
- Bachelors degree in CHE, Environmental, or Environmental Science
- 7+ years environmental management experience in chemicals, paper, steel or similar industries
- Experience with Title V, CAA, CWA, RCRA, DOT
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to travel 50%
