Job Description

Job Summary
The Analyst 2, Customer Contract Administration, is responsible for supporting the lifecycle of customer contracts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficient execution. This role involves maintaining contract databases, processing contract-related documentation, and assisting with reporting and analysis.

Job Responsibilities

• Review, interpret, and process customer contracts, amendments, and other related documentation to ensure accuracy and alignment to company policies and legal requirements.

• Maintain and update contract management systems and databases with critical contract information, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.

• Collaborate with sales, legal, finance, and other internal groups to facilitate contract approvals, address discrepancies, and resolve contract-related issues.

• Prepare and distribute contract summaries, reports, and analyses to support business decision-making and track contract performance.

• Assist in the development and implementation of contract administration processes and procedures to improve efficiency and compliance.

• Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding contract terms, conditions, and status.

• Support audit requests by providing accurate and timely contract documentation and information.

• Participate in special projects and initiatives related to contract administration as assigned.

Job Qualifications

• High School diploma with 4 years of experience in contract administration, legal support, or a related analytical role, preferably within a life sciences or healthcare environment; OR Associate’s degree with 2 years of experience; OR BA/BS Degree required.

• Solid grasp of contract principles, terms, and conditions.

• Good attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document review.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with contract management software (e.g., Salesforce, SharePoint) preferred.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and multi-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communications.

• Demonstrable ability to prioritize and meet individual and team goals.
