About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President for Data and Analytics to spearhead its enterprise data, analytics, reporting, and business intelligence strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering scalable, maintainable, and business-aligned analytics solutions, supporting enterprise KPI visibility, and promoting data-driven decision-making. This role requires a leader who can partner effectively with executive leadership, business process owners, and business application teams to ensure the highest standards of data governance, quality, and operational transparency. Key functional areas include enterprise data and analytics strategy, Power BI and Microsoft Fabric leadership, and cross-functional analytics enablement. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 10 years' of experience in business intelligence, analytics, reporting, or data management. The role demands a strong background in Microsoft Fabric, data warehousing, data modeling, and SQL, as well as a proven track record in developing executive dashboards, KPI frameworks, and enterprise analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data governance, reporting standards, and best practices in data quality. Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills are essential, as is the ability to mentor team members and lead organizational change initiatives. Microsoft Power BI and/or Microsoft Fabric certifications are preferred.
