Job Type: Full-time Position Overview: As a barback, you will play a crucial role in assisting the bar team in ensuring our guests have an amazing dining experience. You will welcome guests to the bar, run food and drinks, and stock the bar to support an efficient service. Responsibilities Become knowledgeable about dishes and cocktails to engage in proper table talk when dropping off dishes and cocktails. Restock ice, beverages, wines, and glasses to keep the bar running efficiently. Assist with stocking the bar, ensuring batches are always fresh, and slicing garnishes. Follow food safety and hygiene protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations. Basic understanding of food handling and safety practices. Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment and multitask effectively. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Excellent communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset.
