The Physical Therapist I performs responsibilities in accordance with Physical Therapy/Hospital Policy, state and federal regulatory licensing and accrediting requirements.Qualifications:EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING1. Bachelor/ Masters/ Doctorate/Certificate degree in Physical Therapy.2. Current state Physical Therapy license.3.
