Affiliate Manager for Traditional Affiliate Program | Remote Part-Time

We are looking for an experienced **Affiliate Manager** to build, manage, and scale a structured affiliate program for our growing online business.

This role is focused on **traditional affiliate marketing**, not influencer campaigns, TikTok affiliates, or creator gifting. We are looking for someone who understands affiliate networks, partner outreach, tracking links, commission structures, payouts, attribution, and performance-based growth.

Experience managing affiliate programs on **WHOP** is highly preferred.

**Job Type:** Part-time

**Hours:** 20 to 25 hours per week

## About the Role

You will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, managing, and optimizing affiliates through structured affiliate channels and platforms. The goal is to build a reliable affiliate program that drives measurable sales, not just traffic or vanity metrics.

The right person should be organized, proactive, strong with outreach, comfortable managing partner relationships, and confident using performance data to improve results.

## Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

* Building and managing a traditional affiliate program
* Recruiting new affiliates through email outreach, direct outreach, partnerships, and affiliate channels
* Managing affiliate programs on WHOP or similar affiliate platforms
* Onboarding affiliates and making sure they understand the offer, commission structure, links, and guidelines
* Providing affiliates with the correct tracking links, creatives, copy, and promotional materials
* Monitoring affiliate performance, sales, conversion rates, and other KPIs
* Identifying high-performing affiliates and helping scale profitable partnerships
* Testing and improving commissions, offers, messaging, and affiliate resources
* Maintaining clear communication with affiliates and resolving issues quickly
* Ensuring affiliates follow brand guidelines, promotional rules, and affiliate terms
* Reporting on affiliate performance and recommending improvements

## Requirements

* At least 1 year of affiliate management experience
* Experience managing traditional affiliate programs
* Strong understanding of affiliate tracking, links, payouts, commissions, and attribution
* Experience with affiliate outreach and partner recruitment
* Excellent written English and communication skills
* Ability to manage affiliate relationships professionally
* Strong organization and follow-up skills
* A data-driven, performance-focused mindset
* Ability to work independently in a remote role

## Strong Advantage

Experience with **WHOP affiliate programs** is highly preferred.

## Nice to Have

These are not required, but they are a plus:

* Experience with digital products, memberships, communities, courses, or online offers
* Experience scaling affiliate programs from scratch
* Familiarity with affiliate software, tracking tools, dashboards, or CRM systems
* Experience creating affiliate outreach scripts, onboarding materials, or promotional resources
* Experience optimizing commission structures and partner incentives

## Important Note

This is **not** an influencer marketing role.

We are not looking for someone whose experience is only TikTok Shop, influencer gifting, or social media creator outreach. Those skills can be useful, but the main focus of this role is structured affiliate program management, partner recruitment, tracking, optimization, and revenue growth.
