IT Support Specialist

Hasenstab Architects is seeking a full-time IT Support Specialist to aid in the operation, management, and troubleshooting of our firm's IT system over three office locations. This person will work as a team with our current IT Staff to ensure our network of computers, software, and plotters/printers are maintained, updated, and secure on a day-to-day basis. We engage an outside consultant for backup, security, and overall system monitoring. The position will require engagement with this consultant as well as hands‑on interaction with firm staff and communication with outside vendors. Prior experience with modeling, rendering, drafting, project management, Artificial Intelligence, and business automation software associated with an architectural and/or engineering practice is preferred. Knowledge of network hardware and software is required. This is a full-time, in-office position. Some work‑schedule flexibility may be considered.
