Benefits page: Job Overview: Evaluates patients, plans for and provides therapeutic interventions in a transdisciplinary/team approach. Responsible for the communication and coordination of treatment programs with other team members, including the patient/family. Directly supervises assistants, interns and other support personnel, participates in program developments, continuous improvement, clinical education, and provides in‑services to staff, hospital personnel and the community. Will be a member of a collaborative team focused on patient outcomes and family‑centered care. Job Requirements: Bachelor's Degree Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS) State Licensure Job Responsibilities: Contribute to department/center program development through continuous improvement, special projects, or program coordination. Present and implement new treatment techniques/procedures, group treatment ideas, student supervision, and support equipment requests. Stay current with continuing education, independent reading, hands‑on practice, and professional development. Provide comprehensive evaluation, therapeutic management, goal modification, patient/family education, ongoing discharge planning, and appropriate referrals.
