Job Title: Machine Operator Pay: $21.25 per hour for DAYS | $23.75 per hour for NIGHTS ($2.50/hr differential) Hours: 12-hour shifts, Day and Night rotations Day Shift: 5:00 AM 5:00 PM Night Shift: 5:00 PM 5:00 AM Work schedule: Sunday through every other Wednesday; alternate weeks Wednesday through Saturday. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for: Setting up machines prior to production runs, including calibration and configuration to ensure accuracy. Monitoring machine performance during operation and making adjustments to optimize efficiency and product quality. Conducting routine inspections of machinery to identify and resolve issues proactively. Performing regular maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts to prevent breakdowns. Documenting all production activities accurately, including machine settings and output quantities.

What You'll Bring: The ideal candidate will have: Basic familiarity with data entry into computers or similar systems. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely. Experience with production machinery is a plus but not required. Physical capability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift, lifting up to 50 lbs as needed.
