Job Description This temporary contract role seeks an experienced Recruiter to lead full‑cycle talent acquisition for a GMP manufacturing environment. You will manage multiple requisitions across both professional and hourly positions, partnering closely with a collaborative HR and hiring team to meet staffing goals while ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience. Responsibilities Manage full‑cycle recruiting for both professional and hourly roles, from requisition intake through offer acceptance. Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements, hiring needs, and timelines. Source, screen, and interview candidates for roles within a GMP manufacturing environment. Coordinate interviews, including scheduling, candidate communication, and interview logistics. Support the offer process by collaborating with HR and hiring managers on offer details and candidate follow‑up. Ensure a positive, professional, and timely experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive candidate and employee information in a compliant manner. Work closely with the recruiting and HR team to meet hiring goals and align with broader talent acquisition strategies. Use applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage requisitions, track candidate progress, and maintain accurate records. Provide administrative support related to recruitment activities, documentation, and reporting as needed. Essential Skills 4–5 years of recruiting experience, preferably within a GMP manufacturing environment. Demonstrated experience recruiting for both hourly and professional‑level roles. Proven ability to manage full‑cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer support. Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools. Strong understanding of confidentiality and compliance requirements in hiring. Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative HR and recruiting team. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience in talent acquisition and technical recruiting. Ability to handle multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience supporting onboarding processes in coordination with HR and hiring managers. Background in administrative support related to recruitment and HR activities. Comfort working in a GMP manufacturing environment and supporting related hiring needs. Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders. Customer‑service mindset with a focus on delivering a high‑quality candidate experience. Job Type & Location This is a contract position based out of Raleigh, NC. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $45.00 – $45.00/hr.
