As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), you\'ll play a vital role in expanding access to high‑quality behavioral healthcare in a region where your work truly matters. Responsibilities Conduct mental health evaluations. Make diagnoses and prescribe therapy. Administer and interpret projective tests. Conduct individual and group psychotherapy. Participate in staff conferences and recommend appropriate treatment approaches. Assist in developing and organizing a program of clinical treatment. Directs case conferences. Serves as a consultant to other clinic staff. Confer with patient\'s relatives regarding illness and treatment. Assist through consultation in establishing psychiatric programs and policies. Provide consultation as need to establish plan of care for patients. Perform therapeutic services within the organization as requested. Keep medical records and prepare psychiatric reports. Testify in judicial proceedings on matters concerning petitions and affidavits. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Knowledge of general medicine, psychiatry, and current psychiatric practices Ability to diagnose and treat severely and persistently mentally ill patients Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills Proficiency in preparing documentation and reports Collaborative communication skills and the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams Ability to maintain professionalism, objectivity, and confidentiality Current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker required. Current Montana driver\'s license may be required. Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. May require periods of standing, bending or reaching. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
