Our new Intensive Outpatient Program in Glendive, MT (opening summer 2026) is looking for a compassionate therapist to join the team.

Job Title : Outpatient Mental Health Therapist

Location : Glendive, MT (Note: This is our newest program in MT that is set to open June 2026, with staff starting in May.)

Setting : Intensive Outpatient Program

Salary: Up to $93,600 depending upon experience

**This position is eligible for a $7,000 sign on bonus**

Population : Older adults, ages 65+

Schedule : Full Time (Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm)

Supervision Available: Psychiatric Medical Care provides supervision for provisionally licensed therapists / social workers / counselors.

This is a chance to do impactful clinical work in a close-knit community , supporting seniors through group therapy, connection, and mental health care that truly changes lives.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a small disciplinary team comprised of a psychiatric physician, RN Director, and medical office coordinator providing services to the senior population
• Use evidenced based therapeutic approaches and develop, personalize, and update treatment plans with your team
• Provide compliant documentation based on Medicare guidelines within a designated time-frame
• Our main focus is utilizing group therapy but also include:
• Individual sessions
• Family therapy (as needed)
• Assist with local community education
• Other duties as assigned

About us:

Senior Life Solutions, an intensive outpatient therapy program designed to meet the unique needs of individuals, typically 65 and older, experiencing depression and/or anxiety related to life changes often associated with aging.

• Licensure: License in Social Work or Counseling as recognized by the state of MT; may include LCSW, LCSW-A, LCPC, LMFT, LMSW etc. – required
