Customer Support Specialist

We have an immediate opening for a Customer Support Specialist with a leading manufacturer of wound & ostomy care products. The Customer Support Specialist will be heavily involved in providing support for company products and services through direct dialogue with customers. Compensation: $20/hour (40 hours per week) $750 monthly, performance-based bonus (can be paid out up to 200%) Eligible for full suite of benefits on Day 1 Company provided laptop, screen monitors, and accessories Requirements: High school diploma or GED Experience working with inbound/outbound campaigns Proven track record of call center or tele-sales experience High level of compassion for end consumers Ability and willingness to be part of a team and facilitate an exceptional customer experience Maintenance of a quiet working environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
