Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides compassionate, patient-centered care by assessing, planning, coordinating, and delivering nursing services to patients and their families. The RN collaborates with providers and the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes, manage patient flow, provide education, and ensure safe, high-quality care in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care and patient education.
• Triage patient concerns, medication requests, and incoming calls.
• Coordinate care with providers and other healthcare organizations.
• Administer medications, perform treatments, and assist with procedures.
• Prioritize patient needs using strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Delegate nursing care appropriately in accordance with Colorado regulations.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Promote patient safety, satisfaction, and effective communication while working independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Current Colorado RN license or active Compact RN license
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Strong assessment, triage, communication, and critical thinking skills
