The Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It)

We're looking for a Dual Director of Sales & Marketing to lead TWO amazing hotels in Hawaii.

Yes...TWO.

Because one hotel simply isn't enough for someone with your level of sales swagger.

Your job?

Fill rooms.

Drive ADR.

Increase Occupancy.

Grow RevPAR.

Dominate the Market Share.

Politely (but consistently) crush the Comp Set.

Turn empty guestrooms into happy vacation memories.

Basically...

Put Heads in Beds...without putting yourself to sleep.

Your Daily Workout

You'll spend your days:

Turning leads into bookings faster than sunscreen disappears at the beach.
Driving Occupancy like it's the scenic road to Hana.
Raising ADR without raising eyebrows.
Watching your RevPAR Index climb higher than the palm trees.
Making the STR Report your favorite bedtime story.
Winning group business.
Winning transient business.
Winning local business.

Base Salary

$150,000 - $175,000
