Job Description

Countryside Care Center Rehab & Nursing Facility is hiring for our Paid CNA Training Program , created for individuals who want to become Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) . Whether you're starting your first career or looking for a new opportunity, we'll help you build the skills needed to succeed.

This program combines classroom instruction with supervised clinical training in a skilled nursing environment.

What We Offer

No cost to participate in the training program
Paid clinical training at $15.50 per hour
Approximately 40 hours per week during training
Hands-on experience caring for residents
Guidance from experienced nursing professionals

After Successful Completion

Participants who successfully complete the program and obtain State CNA certification may be offered a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant position at Countryside Care Center Rehab & Nursing Facility.

Starting CNA pay: $19.50 per hour

Full-time employees may also be eligible for:

At least 16 years of age
Able to commit to a full-time training schedule
