Countryside Care Center Rehab & Nursing Facility is hiring for our Paid CNA Training Program , created for individuals who want to become Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) . Whether you're starting your first career or looking for a new opportunity, we'll help you build the skills needed to succeed.
This program combines classroom instruction with supervised clinical training in a skilled nursing environment.
What We Offer- No cost to participate in the training program
- Paid clinical training at $15.50 per hour
- Approximately 40 hours per week during training
- Hands-on experience caring for residents
- Guidance from experienced nursing professionals
Participants who successfully complete the program and obtain State CNA certification may be offered a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant position at Countryside Care Center Rehab & Nursing Facility.
Starting CNA pay: $19.50 per hour
Full-time employees may also be eligible for:
