the client is seeking a transformational president to lead the next phase of growth for a professional soccer organization in the united states. the president will provide senior executive leadership across overall performance and organizational development, partnering closely with soccer leadership on sporting operations. this role is designed for an entrepreneurial, high-growth executive who can build, scale, and lead a championship-caliber organization both on and off the field. reporting directly to ownership, the president will oversee business operations, revenue generation, academy development, organizational strategy, and administrative functions, while supporting the organization’s long-term vision. the club is building a vertically integrated soccer ecosystem centered on professional competition, player development, youth participation, community engagement, and future facility development, with plans that may include academy expansion, facility development, enhanced player pathways, and broader sports and real estate opportunities. key responsibilities include setting and executing a multi-year growth plan with ownership, building organizational infrastructure and scalable systems, establishing shared objectives and performance standards, and strengthening leadership structure by hiring key talent. the president is expected to focus on revenue growth through a sustainable business model and new commercial opportunities, as well as academy expansion to grow one of the most impactful youth soccer platforms in the region while balancing competitive and recreational participation and community accessibility.
