Location preference for metro areas near Perficient east coast and midwest offices, including Chicago, IL, Dallas, Houston or Austin TX, Charlotte NC, Atlanta, GA, Denver, CO, Detroit, MI, and other locations on east coast or midwest near airport may be considered.Job Overview:We are seeking an experienced Informatica IDMC MDM Configuration Specialist to lead the configuration and implementation of Customer, Product, and Supplier Master Data Management (MDM) solutions using Informatica's IDMC MDM platform. This role will be responsible for configuring core MDM capabilities, including data models, match and merge logic, survivorship rules, stewardship processes, workflows, hierarchy management, golden record creation, and data governance enablement.The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Informatica MDM configuration and a strong understanding of master data management best practices. This individual will work closely with business stakeholders, data governance teams, solution architects, integration teams, and data stewards to ensure trusted, governed, and high-quality master data across the enterpriseQualifications7+ years of MDM experience, including significant hands-on experience with Informatica MDM platforms.Extensive experience configuring one or more MDM domains in IDMC: Customer MasterProduct MasterSupplier/Vendor MasterStrong experience with: Match and merge configurationMatch thresholds and scoringSurvivorship rulesGolden record managementData stewardship processesData governance workflowsHierarchy and relationship managementDeep understanding of master data management concepts, governance frameworks, and data quality practices.Experience translating business requirements into MDM configuration and operational processes.Familiarity with data profiling, standardization, deduplication, and enrichment concepts.Strong SQL and data analysis skills.Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support data-informed task execution.Familiarity with AI-enhanced platforms is a plus.A solid understanding of AI capabilities and limitations including ethical considerations is expected.Excellent stakeholder management skills.Excellent written and oral communication skills; Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff.Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.Must be open to travel (up to 25%, as needed)Preferred east coast or Midwest locations near one of the Perficient offices, including Chicago, IL, Dallas, Houston or Austin TX, Charlotte NC, Atlanta, GA, Denver, CO, Detroit, MI, and other locations on east coast or midwest near airport may be considered.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) MDM and other modules.Experience configuring Informatica CDGC Data Governance and Stewardship capabilities.Familiarity with Customer 360, Product 360, Supplier 360, or similar MDM implementations.Experience working alongside Informatica integration teams leveraging CDI, IICS, IAC, and related IDMC services.Knowledge of data governance frameworks and operational data stewardship models.Experience in large-scale enterprise MDM transformation programs.Informatica certifications are a plus.ABOUT THE TEAM Our Data & Analytics team drives cutting-edge innovation in digital transformation deployment globally and across industries. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $133,600 to $173,600.
