This role is ideal for professionals with experience in bridge design, structural analysis, transportation infrastructure, project management, and quality control who are ready to lead projects from concept development through final design and construction support.At Fisher Associates, we are a multidisciplinary design services firm with nine locations nationwide. Our services span civil/site engineering, transportation engineering, electrical engineering, landscape architecture, architecture, planning, environmental services, land surveying, GIS, construction inspection, precast and construction engineering, each offering opportunities to shape communities and improve lives.What You'll Do as a Transportation Bridge Project ManagerLead the planning, design, and delivery of bridge transportation projects.Manage project budgets, scope, schedule, and staffing to ensure successful and timely project delivery.Lead design strategy in collaboration with teams and clients to ensure alignment and seamless delivery.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, permitting requirements, and quality standards.Identify project risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, agencies, and stakeholdersCultivate and strengthen client relationships to support successful project outcomes and repeat business.Oversee project billing, client updates, QA/QC of deliverables, and project closeout.Support proposal development, scope definition, and fee estimates for new and existing clients.Mentor and support the development of junior staff.RequirementsWhat You Bring, Your Expertise as a Transportation Bridge Project ManagerB.S. degree in Civil Engineering, Master's preferred7+ years progressive transportation bridge design engineering and project management experienceDemonstrated experience managing bridge design transportation projects from design through delivery.Professional Engineering License (PE) preferred or ability to obtain itProficiency in MS Office, MicroStation, STAAD and Bridge Design Software preferredProven success in developing trusted, long-term client relationshipsFamiliarity with NYSDOT design standards preferredDedicated to fostering trusting relationships through collaboration, integrity and respect.Deliver high-quality work using critical thinking, sound judgment, and exceptional organizational skills.Proactively own projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, growth environment.Curious and improvement-minded, embracing feedback and continuously seeking better solutions.Salary Range $95,000-$130,000Actual compensation will vary based on experience, qualifications, and other factors.
