DayTimeSat08:01 AM - 04:00 PMSun07:30 AM - 04:00 PMWhat You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to visitors, patients, staff, and/or vendors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and security-related policies at a government healthcare location.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts, supervisors, and/or emergency services when appropriate.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, entrances, waiting areas, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
- Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access, and document security-related incidents, observations, and/or daily activities in accordance with post orders.
- Support emergency response activities by assisting with crowd management, directional guidance, and/or restricted area control during heightened situations or facility disruptions.
Minimum Requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
