FRONT OF HOUSE LEAD SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

Front of House Lead Supervisor (Full Time) Location: Claremont McKenna College - 855 North Claremont Boulevard, Claremont, CA 91711. Schedule: Full time; Saturday through Wednesday, 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM (details provided upon interview). Requirement: Previous barista, supervisor, and front‑of‑house experience. Fixed Pay Rate: $26.00 per hour. Internal Employee Referral Bonus Available. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Monitors the food service operation to ensure production of high‑quality products and service. Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste. Ensures that staff is on task, quality assurance standards are being met, and the operation is clean and organized. Monitors marketing, confirming that signage is current and appropriate. Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
