Entity and Payroll Specialist

As an Entity Specialist, you will help new business owners establish their new business entities, help guide them on their state specific filing requirements and help our clients overall manage the upkeep of being a business owner. We are hiring with the focus being an entity specialist but you will be under our Entity and Payroll Department which provides opportunity to cross train in both roles and grow even further! Responsibilities Client communication via email and phone Entity setups in all 50 States Entity upkeep filings in all 50 states Entity domestication/ conversion filings S-Corporation paperwork preparation and filing for business owners Dissolution of business entities Handling all entity updates such as ownership changes or address updates Help keep our department up to date with the most recent state and federal regulations to ensure we are always ready to help our clients. Help with other administrative projects for clients. Help with keeping our department functional and efficient by updating existing or implementing new processes. During slower seasons we may also begin cross training on the payroll functions also handled by this department. Including processing payroll for employees or registering for state tax accounts in relation to payrolls.
