Senior Account Manager, Local Sales Channel - Tire Industry

Profitably grow TBC sales, gross margin, and share of market in targeted growth channels Focus on independent tire dealers Engage and grow current and prospective customers in the assigned market Drive Associate Dealer enrollments and engagements with Independent Tire Dealers Collaborate with Supply Chain Operations, Sales Operations, Finance, Marketing, Sales Leadership, Distribution Center Operations, and other TBC functions Develop customer and supplier-partner relationships through physical visits and Teams calls Deploy marketing and promotional programs Convert or transition leads to profitable sales Facilitate vendor programs and communicate TBC promotions and programs Deliver dealer training and presentations Develop customized business plans for customers Organize and analyze data for decision-making Use Salesforce.com to increase customer interaction, track opportunities, and unlock growth Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews with customers Meet and exceed sales metrics and targets Represent the customer and marketplace Develop Share of Wallet growth plans for the top 15 retailers Develop pricing profiles and Local DC product screens Collaborate with tire manufacturing sales representatives to grow dealer compliance and share of wallet and sign new associate dealers Represent peers on the Sales Team Advisory Council or another corporate initiative Requirements B.A. or B.S. in Business, Sales, or Marketing preferred Minimum 5–7 years of proven sales experience Automotive, tire, or other transferable sales experience Demonstrated business and financial acumen Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint Professional appearance and strong virtual/in-person communication skills Self-motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented Valid driver’s license and CarData-compliant vehicle Ability to work autonomously with limited supervision Ability to work independently with little to no daily or weekly guidance Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus Core Competencies Demonstrates strong sales acumen with a focus on growing market share and profitability in the tire industry.
