Phlebotomist

Labcorp seeks a Phlebotomist for its Canton, Ohio patient service center to collect blood specimens, process patient information, and deliver customer service. The role involves working weekdays with rotating Saturday shifts and occasional travel to additional sites.
Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections for all age groups
- Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, and alcohol testing
- Enter patient data accurately and maintain specimen information logs
- Process billing information and collect payments from patients
- Prepare specimens for testing and provide superior customer service
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Phlebotomy certification or completed accredited training program
- Minimum three months phlebotomy experience or current certification
- Ability to pass standardized color blindness test
- Reliable transportation and flexibility for overtime
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record of exceptional customer service
Compensation: $17.75 - $25.92 per hour
