Customer Service Advocate

Vaco is seeking a Customer Service Call Center Representative for a contract-to-hire opportunity! This position pays $18/ hr during the contract period. When hired permanently the position can pay up to $21/hr. Responsibilities Handle 50-60 inbound calls and digital inquiries daily. Assist customers with banking products and services, including online banking, account balances, debit cards, and loans. Resolve customer questions and issues whenever possible on the first contact. Process account transactions and maintenance accurately. Identify and refer sales opportunities to the appropriate team. Stay current on products, services, and policies. Schedule First 6-8 weeks: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM After Hired: Monday-Friday, 11:00 AM-7:00 PM or 12:00 PM-8:00 PM Saturday rotation: Approximately 2-3 Saturdays every 8 weeks, with a weekday off. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Previous customer service experience. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Customer-focused and comfortable in a high-volume environment. Must be coachable, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
