Job Description We are seeking a Senior Operations / Reliability Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Android-based device operations, live service monitoring, telemetry analysis, and release validation and a proven ability to triage live issues, improve reliability, and support on-site prototype device workflows. Top 3 must have skills: 1. **Software engineering, DevOps, SRE, or production operations experience** - 5+ years 2. **Monitoring, telemetry analysis, logging, and live issue troubleshooting** - 3+ years 3. **Ability to independently drive technical work and deliver operational value** - 3+ years Responsibilities: Monitor telemetry dashboards, alerts, logs, and metrics to assess operational health across services and prototype devices. Investigate anomalies and live issues, gather device and service logs, and assign or track bugs to resolution. Support software releases by validating deployments, monitoring stability, and documenting post-release findings. Provide on-site device support, including configuration, smoke checks, and readiness verification during self-host. Required Skills & Qualifications: 5-7 years of experience in operations, SRE, DevOps, or production support with Android or mobile OS environments. Proficiency with dashboards, alerts, logs, and telemetry to diagnose system health and troubleshoot issues. Demonstrated ability to validate releases, monitor rollouts, and support incident response. Clear communication, concise documentation, and the ability to work independently on-site. Preferred Skills: Experience with CI/CD workflows, incident reviews, and reliability improvements.
