Quality Assurance - QA Analyst

We are seeking a QA Analyst with 4+ years of experience in software quality assurance, including automation testing for UI and APIs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, hands-on experience with testing tools, and excellent communication skills. This role requires on-site presence at the UPS I.S. office in Parsippany, NJ, three days per week. Key Responsibilities Perform functional, system, regression, and integration testing for web and API applications. Design and execute automated test scripts using tools such as JMeter, Postman, and SOAP UI. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure test coverage and quality. Conduct SQL-based data validation and database testing. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives. Document test cases, results, and defects using DevOps and other test management tools. Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure alignment with business requirements. Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Required Qualifications 4+ years of QA experience with a strong understanding of software QA methodologies. Hands-on experience in UI and API automation testing. Proficiency in SQL and scripting for test automation. Experience with testing tools such as JMeter, Postman, and SOAP UI. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools. Strong communication and writing skills. Ability to commute to Parsippany, NJ office three days per week.
