Job Description Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Full-time (SLP) Speech-Language Pathologist - School-based in Aurora, CO

Minimum Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active Colorado SLP license or eligibility for licensure
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY candidates encouraged to apply
- Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services
- Conduct assessments and develop and implement IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff
- Monitor student progress and maintain detailed documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student success planning
